For me, if my cycle is causing me a lot of strife, I may rest completely, BUT if I have just ONE OUNCE of energy, I go for a low impact workout. It is important for me to move because it helps me mentally. Especially when I’m moody due to PMS (sorry hubby😂)   Low Impact Seated Chair Workout:  ✅3 rounds ✅Pick 5 of these exercises and perform them for 20 seconds and rest for 40 seconds.  ✅Listen to your body.
