50g oats
50g flaked or ground almonds 
5 tbsp smooth peanut butter 
5 tbsp maple syrup 
40g milk or dark chocolate 

Optional ingredient: pinch of salt 

Blitz together the oats, almonds & salt if using. Set aside. Add the peanut butter & maple syrup to a large bowl (that is microwave safe). Microwave for 10-15 seconds. Add the dry ingredients and mix. scoop about 1 tbsp into each of the cups and press down with the back of a teaspoon. ingredients:
•1lb (16oz) dry roasted peanuts (or raw, see notes)

instructions:
1. add the peanuts to your food processor and process for 5 minutes, or until smooth and creamy. i like to pause the food processor halfway through and scrape down the sides as needed.
2. add the peanut butter to a sealed container and store in the fridge or pantry for 2-3 weeks.

notes:
•feel free to add some sweetener, salt, and/or vanilla extract to the peanut butter for more flavor. i recommend at least adding some salt if you use unsalted peanuts. 
•i use a 14-cup food processor. if you use a smaller one you may need to process the peanut butter for a longer time.
