Question about my belly button piercing:(

About 7 weeks ago I went and had my belly button pierced, actually re-pierced. I had it pierced twice before and had to take both of because of surgeries. About 4 days ago I noticed a red bump forming around the top hole of my piercing. I had never had anything like that happen with the other two piercings.
