Kristen Jorgensen on Instagram: "Supreme Pizza Stuffed Bell Peppers 🍕 * 2 Bell peppers * 1 cup Ground Beef or sausage, cooked * 1/2 cup Pizza or Marinara sauce* * 1/2-3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella * Toppings: Black Olives, Mushrooms, Red onions, Pepperoni * Ranch or Blue Cheese sauce -Preheat oven to 450. Cut bell peppers in half and take seeds out. Place the halves of bell peppers on a parchment paper lined pan. Bake for 10 minutes flipping half way through. -Mix together your meat with sauce (start with 1/2 cup sauce, add more if needed) and then add some shredded cheese ( I measure cheese with my heart 😉). -Place inside the bell peppers. Add as much or as little toppings and add extra cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve as is or with a drizz
