Creamy Tuscan Chicken

iRick Wiggins on Instagram: "Say “YUM” if you would eat this Creamy Tuscan Chicken 😋🐓🙌 What you need for the chicken: 2 large chicken breasts 3 oz cream cheese 1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach 2 tbsp olive oil Seasonings of your choice For the sauce: 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup fresh spinach 1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan 1 tsp minced garlic Salt, pepper & Italian seasonings to taste How to make it: 1. Preheat your oven to 375F. 2. For the chicken combine the cream cheese, cherry tomatoes & spinach. 3. Butterfly the chicken breast, coat with seasonings, oil & stuff the mix inside. 4.
