Hi! I'm Rschen7754, a Wikidata editor for almost two months now. I am autopatrolled and have 4,400+ edits and have created several items as part of the Wikidata:Roads task force. I would like to be an admin on this wiki to help out with deletions, and granting of autopatrolled when needed. I generally don't edit interface messages or that sort of thing, but I'd be willing to help out there too as stuff is being set up. As the Hungarian Wikipedia goes live with Phase 1 on January 14, I can also help out with other tasks as necessary. I have been an admin on the English Wikipedia for 7 years and have 77,000 edits there, and am familiar with the tools. I am also a rollbacker on Commons and Simple English Wikipedia, autopatrolled on Meta, and have OTRS access. --Rschen7754 19:15, 26 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I understand that although this will close past December 31, that the current consensus is to give out temporary adminship only, and that is fine. I would feel weird being the first permanent admin, and would feel that this would be undercutting the community's wishes, since it is still unclear what the community expects in administrators at this time. --Rschen7754 19:15, 26 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
