Motivation
[edit]L'information de dénivelé cumulé positif est courante pour les dizaines ou centaines de pages relatives à des sentiers ou encore des courses en montagne, j'aimerais pouvoir en faire bénéficier l'ensemble des wiki par l'ajout de cette propriété dans les éléments et infoboxes correspondants. The cumulative elevation gain is a very common piece of information for the trails and trail races and I would like it to be a Property so that all wiki will benefit from it through relevant infoboxes. Oppose it's something that could be calculated using highest point (P610) and lowest point (P1589), with qualifier elevation above sea level (P2044). If the point doesn't have a Wikidata item, "unknown value" can be used. --Tinker Bell ★ ♥ 22:37, 2 September 2019 (UTC)- @Tinker Bell: that's not true if the trail goes up and down - see the link provided by Jura below.
