Motivation
[edit]This property would be useful to indicate the partners of a project or an event, as the partnership with (P2652) property can only be used to indicate the partnership between its subjects. Yiyi .... (talk!) 13:52, 27 July 2023 (UTC)
Discussion
[edit]- Why do you propose a new property instead of proposing to change the scope of partnership with (P2652)? ChristianKl ❪✉❫ 11:04, 1 August 2023 (UTC)
- @ChristianKl: because partnership with (P2652) is used for partnerships between two organizations, while the proposed property should be used for organizations that are partners in relation to a project. For example, if the event A is organized by the organization X (main organizer) in partnership with the organization Y, so X → partnership with (P2652) → Y (and viceversa), while A → new property project parnter → Y. I hope the reasoning is clear, but if I misunderstood the usege of partnership with (P2652), please correct me. --Yiyi .... (talk!) 17:31, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
- @ChristianKl:, would you like to give your opinion? @Yiyi:, any import for Newt713's comment? Regards, ZI Jony (Talk) 11:23, 21 January 2024 (UTC)

- Comment I'm also a little hesitant, seeing the danger of too many different uses. Could organizer (P664) fill the same need? --Newt713 (talk) 14:34, 3 January 2024 (UTC)
- Support, an important property for events.--Arbnos (talk) 20:23, 11 January 2024 (UTC)
