Cannot link Juan González (journalist, b. 1947) in Wikidata to corresponding Wikipedia articles

Wikidata Q56065184 should link to w:Juan González (journalist) and to the associated Spanish-language article. I cannot figure out how to make that happen. This is particularly a problem, because there are multiple Wikipedia articles about different people named Juan González. I am not sure, whether I am doing this right, but as I see it, there should be no extra category for the German page "Musculi intercostales", when it describes the exact same thing topic- and contentwise. Both categeries could be unified to make the direct link between the pages in different languages possible. I don't know how this works. I tried to fix a false Interwiki link and after some frustration landet here. (This tool for Interwikis is another barrier to repell people from working in this projekt). To the Problem: The German "Schildfessel" has to be connectet to en:"Enarmes" and es:"Enarmas" but I get the message: Site link enwiki:Enarmes is already used by item .
