Please avoid re-purposing items as you did on https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q3253629.

To provide stable data to our users, do not re-use items for different purposes once they have statements, notably P31. Do not merge items of different type.

Even if one or the other sitelink needs to go elsewhere, one should move the sitelinks, not re-purpose items. --- Jura 19:01, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Can you undo your merge? BTW, to move sitelinks, there is a gadget "Move" on Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-gadgets. --- Jura 19:06, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Jura1: I dont bother but would only merge. Because Q3253629 has had the same purpose as Chinese given name (Q22809413) since Oct 2017 when special:diff/582684208 this happened. The goals should be 1. the current Q3253629 and Q22809413 be merged, and 2. the old Q3253629 be deleted if you like.
