Identifiers with a virgule/slash/solidus

Currently, values containing slashes (U+002F) don’t work. E.g for ‘debian gnu/linux’ [1], neither percent-escaping nor direct input works: percent-escaping produces something double-escaped, i.e. https://dic.nicovideo.jp/a/debian%20gnu%252Flinux , while not escaping produces https://dic.nicovideo.jp/a/debian%20gnu/linux which doesn’t resolve to the correct page.

The workaround that I’m currently using is to use a fullwidth slash (/, U+FF0F) instead. This produces the URL https://dic.nicovideo.jp/a/debian%20gnu/linux which does resolve correctly (NicoNicoPedia automatically converts between fullwidth and halfwidth characters), but this is not ideal.
