Vlad is taller, has longer arms, and seems to be heavier: all very important stats in arm wrestling. But he thinks only after doing something, and used to winning by brute force; or if brute force doesn't work, by cheating or just playing dirty.
Clay goes by the rules most of time, so he can be out-cheated, but he also thinks before he acts, and has more practice overall (because, let's be honest, no one is training heylings like master Fung trains monks).
So in case of an episode, build around those two, it would go something like this:
First showdown, first round. Vlad tries to win by force, but Clay recognizes it quickly and uses whatever arm wrestling technique Master Fung showed him at the beginning of the episode (in a funny scene where he throws Clay in the air thanks to it, of cource). Vlad is frustrated and pissed off.
First showdown, second and third rounds: Both rounds Vlad is cheating so he wins each time. Clay notices, but he can't really do anything. Or he thinks so.
Monks are defeated, heylings are cheering. Followed by 5-8 minutes of intense personal growth, in which Clay learns that sometimes you have to treat assholes like an asshole.
Second showdown: Vlad wins the fist round, gets overly confident, then proceeds to lose every remaining round with flying colors thanks to Clay's new yet unheard of skill (cheating).
at the end Clay learns a lesson about morals, assholes, and morals of fighting against assholes. Vlad also learns a lesson about Clay being really hot when angry, so he should piss him off as much as possible
and bonus little scribble!!
