Quickgostorage.com

Quickgostorage.com, Monique & Curtis are the best managers of a storage facility that I have ever dealt with! They respond to my phone calls and emails promptly and tend to my needs like I am their child!! They are very nice,friendly, and really care about their customers!! And I like the price they gave me for my 10X20! Please keep these managers because they will eventually bring you alot of future business!

No 19.00 units not even close…

They advertise 19.00 units they couldn't even come close to that price. Quite advertising something u can even get close to delivering.

The building customer service was…

The building customer service was excellent! However, being a senior it's difficult to do anything online. I talked to a reservation line and they said the first month was only $1. Apparently, that isn't the way they do it if you go in person. Very disappointing!

Great staff

Great staff! Chris gave me the tour and I was impressed with the facility. However, I'm going to have to cancel reservation at this time. I will keep your facility on hand once I able to liquidate some of my things. I just found out I may be moving sooner than I expected.

My experience with Squarefoot was very…

My experience with Squarefoot was very easy. I found a local storage facility and reserved a storage space, and received confirmation in an email very soon afterward, and got a great deal. Thank you Squarefoot for helping me find a great deal for my storage space.

It was an easy process. I also appreciated the phone call from a very polite agent who answered all my questions and gave me a detailed breakdown of the price to obtain storage.

Was told that someone would be there to…

Was told that someone would be there to great me between 9:30-5:00 today. Got to the storage place at 11:45 am. Nobody was there. Called three different numbers and got no help. I left three messages with my name number and reason I was calling. I Hung around till 12:15. Still nothing and no return calls. Not happy that I waisted my time and fuel. James McGinnis 440-476-6768. I have sent emails as well. I’m glad I didn’t haul my 30’ camper there!

Fast and from my home!!!!!

I like being able to do most of the work online. There was a little repetition but for the most part everything went quickly!! Human contact came to finish things up and answer questions -- and make great suggestions!!
The one missing star is because of the software program... clunky and repetitive in places. I did EVERYTHING on the phone. Can't beat that if you are pressed for time!

All the staff was very patient and…

All the staff was very patient and helpful only one concern which is important . I and your staff tried to help me pay the deposit and your web would not take my phone number or my confirmation number to pay the deposit and ended up telling me I can pay when I come down. I am from Canada and won’t be in until Jan 1,2025

Well, the fact that the company offers an option to reserve an ideal storage for your needs is fantastic. Additionally, offering a competitive rate sweetens the deal.

I reserved an 8X10 ground floor unit…

I reserved an 8X10 ground floor unit for Monday 12/16/24 at Vail Storge 119 Airpark Drive Gypsum 81637. I have a confirmation email #3GZDCWKT5.
I tried contacting the facility and had to go through a separate office. I just received a voice mail from the manager of the storage facility I have a comfirmation for and she said she has no record of my reservation or any units of that size. She said if whoever I am dealing with can't help me I can call her tomorrow? What am I supposed to do now? My furniture is being picked up and I have no facility to go to! Suzanne 631-896-2942

Positive Experience

The employee (Jake?) was wonderful. I planned on calling different places. The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful, I put reservation on hold and made no further calls.
