Items arrived in described condition and in a timely manner. Items are very clearly described on the website, allowing more relatable items compared to sites like Thriftbooks where books are frequently not as described, both getting the wrong edition and getting books in notably worse condition than described.

I would definitely order books through Alibris again! One of my orders was a used book and it was canceled, but they gave me a replacement at a similar price. I love the selection and that I’m supporting independent stores.

Alibris always does a great job. However, one of my packages was split at both ends by the USPS. Fortunately the books tipped out on my steps and are OK.
