Please be wary of coupon bundle…

Please be wary of coupon bundle promotions in recent weeks. They entice you with good suggested coupon amounts, actual coupons issued are poor value after purchase. Very misleading at best, lying at worst. Had to now start cancelling orders. No proper complaints procedure, just agents with scripts. Prefect service up until 2025. Beware and take screenshots.

Nearly impossible to get money back

Nearly impossible to get money back. They wanted to swop £90 shoe purchase for toilet rolls!
Shoes were not delivered since early December and still not had a refund 4 weeks later.
Impersonal, too many standard emails, no option for sensible communications, very hard to deal with. My recommendation is DONT

Very happy

I was reluctant to order from them after reading so many bad reviews.
However, their products and prices caught my eye, and I couldn't resist ordering.
I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the products and the very quick shipping.
Some of the items didn't fit, and they refunded me before they even received my returns.
Since then I have ordered from them on more occasions and I am 100% satisfied.

Temu - Useless

I would not recommend Temu. I’ve ordered 3x the ultra slim USB rechargeable LED and the order did not arrive. The algorithms basically force you to keep shopping but they don’t always have in stock. I have contacted Temu customer service and no reply. So unprofessional. Half their stuff doesn’t even last. No for me :(

I've been ordering from Temu for months…

I've been ordering from Temu for months never had a problem until I had a problem. They're sellers on more than one occasions have sent me the wrong size. I order a large they send a medium. I order a medium they send a small. Mind you it's always on an item that I'm really looking forward to receiving. I think they don't have the size your requesting so they send you what they hoping you'll just keep it. It's so annoying. Then they want you to take your time out to return something you didn't order, and wait for your refund.

Derlivery problems

Derlivery problems. The item bought is ok - I have no problem. BUT the delivery service they work with is CTT express and it has an overall trustpilot evaluation of 1 star only. They do not react, do not read emails, do not follow up their own webpage (I introduced a delivery address). This is VERY disappointing. For TEMU: Can you not work with someone else? Even using postal service is ok - it arrives and I can wait a few days more. CTT delivery - out of order. I want my money back - or that you send my items in another way.

Been great so far.

I have been using AliExpress for a ling time, but lately its been nothing but problems. Long delivery, no delivery and weird package pick-up locations and.

Temu is delivering a lot faster and to my front door.

I think the store selection could be better but its okay for daily things.

WOW, TOTALLY INEPT.

Sent an item with smashed glass, wanted me to handle smashed glass to package back up and wanted me to take to a drop off point to return it even though i'm housebound. They have no option to arrange a collection to return. The item was like £2 odd and I provided photographic evidence but they don't care. One of the worst companies to deal with alongside Virgin Media. Avoid at all costs.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service.No telephone help...all chat robots....Their products are dollar store quality...so be careful!
Update:
Their response proves my point...another computer generated reply with no telephone based associates.As long as they keep using the UPS/USPS tandem delivery service "Surepost"...packages will continue to be lost or mis-delivered!

JUST A QUICK WARNING TO EVERYONE. DON'T BUY DISPOSABLE GLOVES FROM TEMU. I BOUGHT A PACK IN NOVEMBER AND USED THEM WHILST CLEANING MY OVEN. I NOW HAVE CHEMICAL BURNS ON MY HANDS AS THE SEAMS ON THE GLOVES ARE NOT SAFE AND I ONLY REALISED ONCE THE ACID STARTED BURNING MY HAND. TEMU REFUSE TO REMOVE THESE ITEMS FOR SALE AND WANT ME TO PAY 50 POUNDS TO GET A MEDICAL REPORT BEFORE THEY WILL DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SEEMS LIKE THE ONLY WAY I CAN TRY TO PROTECT OTHERS IS TO POST HERE. STAY SAFE EVERYONE.

Poor customer service. In fact no customer service

If there were no stars I would give zero. Returns are impossible. Only way is Evri. Got my daughter to drive me to nearest depot 16miles away 32 mile return journey. Post Office had no printer. I had QR code but no signal to show it. A pure nightmare. Never again . My daughter transferred QR code to her phone so got it sent. I felt like throwing parcel in bin. I spent endless time and miles to return parcel. Temu no help at all. Kept sending robotic useless messages. Once I get refund I will never deal with Temu again Rose

Delivery via cargo Baku "LIMAK"

I really like the online site temu.com, but when they send via cargo LIMAK to the Azerbaijan country, the cargo company does not want to deliver via the DDP system as stated on the site, they say come yourself, and on the site topic they indicate that they did not reach the buyer! "In Delivery

- After we pick up the goods ourselves, they indicate on the website that they delivered by courier, but in fact they keep the money for the courier for themselves.

£100 credit after spending over £250 turns out to be split into small £5, £10, & £15 vouchers Only when you spend again on orders.
Totally misleading.

3 packages were never delivered

3 packages were sent by e-miile courier which the courier indicated on their website were delivered. I contacted the courier who confirmed that the packages were still at their warehouse. Neither Temu nor the courier have provided me with an address for pick up. Temu refuses to refund because the courier's tracking says delivered. I have been in contact with Temu for months now. Temu keeps promising to investigate and then nothing happens. Don't buy from Temu. Scam website. I am out hundreds of dollars.

I have been using temu for about a year…

I have been using temu for about a year or so now and I have had no problems whatsoever with them. I receive everything I order without delay. I’m sorry that some of you have had negative experiences but I can assure you if I had any problems with temu I would not be with them for this long

I had an issue with an item I ordered

I had an issue with an item I ordered. I called the Customer Service line to explain that I ordered 2 Sterling Silver Necklaces & got 2 Snow removal Instruments instead. The Service Agent Chent was a very pleasant Agent. She was very helpful and kept me informed of what she was doing to get me the correct items. I was very impressed at Service I was given, as I'm sure she takes many calls. I just wanted to say Thanks Chent & Temu for taking the time to help me get my issue resolved & making every effort to get me the Beautiful Necklaces! Way to go Chent!

Changing...without an answer

I used to love ordering from Temu but lately they have these ads that promise coupon discounts when you buy. I have only received 2 out of 8 free items I supposedly qualified for and not just that but I have had two deliveries sent back before they even reached my address for delivery. Im not sure why but the quality of service for delivery is horrible. They don't mind taking your money but they have a hard time delivering packages now.
