International purchase that's worth it !

Though an international purchase, it was easy to place online order and excellent communication with product tracking/delivery, albeit all in French...understandable, but please restore your English website, just a bit frustrating when having to go through google translator to understand messages and product info (especially when marketing worldwide). Otherwise an excellent product, both quality and price point!

Terrific Experience !

I have purchased 2 bags online separate times from Lancaster and I couldn't be more pleased. The shipping time from Paris to Canada is lightning fast and easy.

The quality, design and style of the purses are amazing hence my 2nd purchase.

Don't hesitate to shop from this site, you won't be disappointed !

Lancaster Ana duffel bag

Purchased the new Ana boston bag in the regular size, lovely purple colour. I love it, the bag came packaged very well, shipping was ok. The leather is soft but not pretentious, I feel like I can actually use it carelessly.I would recommend this brand to anyone interested in getting a new bag.

Quality + design - this is Lancaster

I ordered a nice man's backpack as a gift for my husband - minimalist design, but still with a lot of useful pockets inside, but at the same time looking modern and not at all like a tourist camping bag or textile sport bags for gym. I love this combination of well-developed function and urban modern design. Plus easy online shopping and fast delivery.

Overall a great online shopping experience

I recently made an online order, for my wife's birthday present.
Unfortunately, I entered the wrong email address! Sarah (Service Client Lancaster) was very rapid to correct the email address, to ensure the package was delivered on time.
The package arrived as expected (DHL), with a folded gift bag included, which is great when offering as a present.

Absolutely in love with Lancaster

The shipment arrived within 3 days after placing my order! The whole process was so easy and i received the bag i ordered packaged very well and in great condition! Buying from Lancaster was an amazing experience and it’s one of the few stores that actually cares about their customers. I received emails regarding the progress of my order, the shipment and delivery was great.

A good purchasing experience

The bag was exactly as described, a bit overpriced for the quality, because the inner linen is a bit stiff and it’s made in China. Yet the leather is good and it’s a nice bag. Also it was a good purchasing experience.
I think I’ll buy another one

Hello Lancaster,
I am very very unhappy with your company because DHL held my item due to your incorrect value declaration. DHL says: They tried to contact you but for some reason you didn't get back to them until now. So they are abandoning my package.. They said: If I want to get the package, I have to submit a lifting request for the abandoned package and also have to pay a penalty of 10,540 pesos and also need to submit "many requirements" such as: SPA, proving payment method, processing authorization to release relinquishment, explanation letter of value declaration

The bag is exactly as pictured

The bag is exactly as pictured, very good quality and in good condition. (Sac baguette - Suave Ace - Noir)
The only negative I have was the delay in shipping with colissimo, but I understand that it is not the company's fault.

By now I have bought 4 Lancaster bags. The design and excellent quality make each one of these bags unique. Price is still reasonable and up to the quality delivered. I always keep an eye on new releases for my next purchase!

Problem at The Lancaster hotel - well dealt with by Jennifer the manager

My friend and I did have a problem staying at The Lancaster Hotel, Amsterdam. We were offered a double bedded room when we had booked a twin bedded one. The first one we had been offered had a problem with the bathroom, smelling of drains, toilets etc. We were there for a 5 nights' stay.
This is an update as the manager, Jennifer was truly fantastic. I had to complain about being stuck in a double bedded room (two friends but not in a romantic relationship) and this partly spoiling our holiday. I continued to follow up the problem when I got home. Jennifer has done brilliantly in offering us something great for a future stay. She was absolutely fantastic when the complaint was made to her. I am very happy now with her generous offer for this future stay.

Poor delivery service, waste my time and money

I placed an order on 27th Dec., 2022, and made the full payment. (Order No.140000220218) The official website showed it will take 3-4 working days to deliver the package to UK, however, the package wasn't delivered unitl 4th Jan., 2023, and unfortunately I had to leave England one day before.

I want to cancel this purchase and require a refund.
