We never had an issue with LTL shipments.

We never had an issue finding, booking or receiving a shipment with Freightera EVER! Will always be our go to provider for LTL shipment anywhere in North America. Canada shipments coast to coast, Mexico to Canada, USA to Canada. If 6 stars was an option I would gladly give a 6 star review.

Above and beyond - to get the job done!

This company is responsive and flexible, a good combination when working with small businesses like mine. When I contact them, they seem interested in helping out, not just in getting paid

Website is convenient and communicates…

Website is convenient and communicates with getting Quotes quickly.
Easy to use if you have Postal codes, but in Canadian West these are not always easily available.

WDC & Freightera

I have been dealing with Freightera for many years and I must say in the begining the overall expierence was maybe not the best. Since then they have certainly spent alot of time and effort to improve in all facets of there service. I couldnt be any happier now with the way they handle my account with a special shout out to my Rep Vanya Mihajlovic who works extremely hard to provide outstanding service.

Simple quote process lived up to promises…

The quote process was simple and lived up to promises. The quote we got was accurate and less than half our usual courier -- and others -- quoted. The delivery arrived a day later than expected but we saved so much on this shipment it made a huge difference in this month's costs. Will definitely use Freightera again.

Details handled well

Multiple Freightera transactions completed. The support staff has always been great at getting things done correctly. This time they got a non-listed trucking company included so I could pick-up at this local, convenient terminal

Great Pricing

The website is super easy to use and aggregates all the options for your shipment. As well if you do end up calling they follow up with an email the following day to make sure your experience was what you wanted it. Very happy with my experience.

Fantastic company with amazing customer support

The customer service at this company is phenomenal. The website is simple, quick, and easy to use and understand. If you have any questions, their chat support or call centre is always available. Finally, they offer discounts on freight shipments despite already having all the best pricing. 5 stars.

Excellent platform. Excellent Staff. Hassel Free LTL

I have used Freightera extensively for LTL shipments. I've used other online brokerages and Freightera is simply the best. Their online quoting system is quick and very easy to use with great pricing. Selecting a carrier is just as easy. The system is automated so I just enter some info and the shipment is booked and I'm sent a BOL & shipping labels. Hassel free. They also provide great customer support.

Overall this is a well designed platform backed by a good support staff. I highly recommend.

Always a pleasure dealing with…

Always a pleasure dealing with Freightera. I’ve used their service for over 2 years whenever I have to bring pallets from USA to Canada.
The rates their system provides is usually close to half what the carriers would quote me directly.
Their chat feature is a faster response time than almost any other I’ve dealt with - it doesn’t feel like they’re fielding 5 other clients at the same time.

Pallet has been sitting in Cleveland in…

Pallet has been sitting in Cleveland in the incorrect terminal since Monday and Freightera just decided to try to start contacting Forward air on Thursday.

Had to call Forward Air myself to locate the pallet.

Any amount you save by using freightera will be negated by what their incompetence will cost you.

GOOD SERVICE

We have used them a few times now to bring LTL from Florida to Ontario. The entire process from website to customer service to delivery/drivers has always run smoothly. Will be using them again.
