Shipping Damage
I had a package that was damaged, and the bags scattered inside and dirty. I called and described the issue and a case # was issued immediately by the very helpful customer service at DPB. With a few quick emails with the shipper, DPB received the results of the investigation from the shipper and within a couple of hours I received an email from that my replacement order was on its way. I was very pleased with how fast everyone worked and had the bags in my hands the next day!
