Should give this company minus 5 stars - they are scammers. Took £250 from a pensioner for a call out and then another £460 on a second visit to put a piece of tape over a leaky water tank pipe. It still leaked and we had to call real plumbers in who replaced the pipe section for £150. I have never managed to get a receipt from these scammers who say "the person responsible is on lunch break and will call you back..." After asking nine times and getting the same deflection I have now initiated a fraud case with my lawyer to get them shut down.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I highly caution anyone looking for a sewer line replacement or any project requiring excavation. Roto Rooter caused a huge nightmare for me. They failed to get the project inspected, which caused the need to redo the project. That means they had to excavate my yard a second time due to shotty work the first time. It took them over three months to complete the job. They broke several electrical lines, left dead shrubbery in my yard, broke my landscaping lights, and left various debris on my property. The management clearly doesn't know what they are doing. Two managers gaslit me several times, manipulating the situation. The general manager clearly doesn't care because he never returned my emails or calls. These guys are not trustworthy and cause more harm than good. They are also very overpriced. Please think twice before hiring them. There are much better companies with integrity out there. It goes without saying that I would NEVER recommend this terrible company.
