You can spend thousands of dollars on countless orders but they will refuse to side with you when an order comes damaged, expect you to pay shipping costs out of pocket worth almost the entire value of the order, and cite “PayPal’s” TOS (I paid directly with my credit card). I have contacted customer service through both their social media and in app and got this response: “The clause for having the shipping returned at Fleek cost triggers when Fleek has evaluated the case and finds the seller responsible for not delivering the committed quality of products to the buyer.” Their refund policy says “for orders with quality concerns a return + covered shipping will be accepted.” It is up to Fleeks discretion whether the item is not as described, however they side with a seller who only includes a blurry, misleading, zoomed out video with no close ups of the damage. Would not recommend.

I want to give all the stars because for the most part it was a good experience. I received my items quickly and the site was easy to use. However, I have to deduct stars for the customer service. I did not receive all of the items in my order and I am still waiting for someone to respond to my multiple attempts at contacting them for a resolution on that last piece of my order.

Customer support was on our order immediately to get everything taken care of and we received our order within days of first contact.

Second order and it has been sitting at a parcel company in IL for 14 days now and usps is still awaiting the package. Online chat is a joke. Lip service. No one wants to wait 30 days or more for their items. It's not how the rest of us run our business. I'm going to have to look for another source. The prices as a deal aren't worth the hassle. I contacted support with info as suggested. No help. Package sitting 16 days at Parcel Facility in Woodbridge, IL. Someone has truly dropped the ball on this small order. Sad!!!!

I’m repeating myself again this company is horrible to work with if I could give 0 stars I would I tried to become a vendor and can’t because overseas vendors are taking over the platform with high shipping charges but USA vendors have to jump thru loops and holes to be on the platform headed to Faire My company makes products in the USA and would have been a great fit to the platform but after verifying my info was disregarded with no reason
