Returns and exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your goods, but if not and you wish to make a return, please make sure any garment is unworn, in its original condition, products have their attached tags including the garment security tag attached to selected products as indicated on your invoice, and placed back in its protective packaging and then returned within 14 days from the day after your order was delivered.
Returns and exchanges are free, and you will receive a prepaid returns label to either schedule a collection at a time convenient to you or drop off to your nearest DHL drop-off point. Exchange orders are shipped free of charge. The items you wish to return or exchange should be new, unused and with all tags intact.
