Havng a Complaint
DIALOG
Sarah : Excuse me, I’d like to make a complaint about a shirt I bought
here last week.
Salesgirl : I'm sorry to hear that. What seems to be the problem?
Sarah : Well, I’ve been wearing it only a two weeks, but it’s already
been getting loose and losing its shape.
Salesgirl : I see. Has it been shrinking or fading as well?
Sarah : No, but I’ve been noticing that the threads have been coming
undone around the seams.
Salesgirl : I apologize for that, ma'am. We’ll be happy to exchange it or
provide a refund. Have you been washing it according to the care
instructions?
Sarah : Yes, I’ve been following the instructions carefully. That’s why
I’m surprised it’s been having issues so soon.
Salesgirl : Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Let me get the
paperwork started for the exchange.
