Course Objectives

By the end of this Course, you will be able to:


1. know the different LDMs and platforms: their features, uses, and
pedagogies
2. plan for the implementation of the school-adopted LDMs
3. prepare learning materials and resources needed for the LDM
4. be confident in executing lessons in the new LDM

EDUCATION LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN (BE-LCP)
3. As articulated in the previous issuance particularly on Item No. 5 on the assigned instructional
coaches/Technical Assistance Providers (TAPs) for both SDO and District/Cluster and the Teachers as they
undertake the courses, additional guidelines are to be followed:
3.1 For schools without Master Teacher/Head Teacher/Department Head, a Senior Teacher who has proven
competence and potential to lead the LAC may be assigned as LAC Leader or the School Head may take the role
of a LAC Leader as stipulated in the above table.
3.2 The number of LAC Teams shall vary depending on the number of Master Teachers at the school level,
taking into consideration the general rule in DepEd Order No. 35, s. 2016 The Learning Action Cell as a K to 12
Basic Education Program School-Based Continuing Professional Development Strategy for the Improvement of
Teaching and Learning that the composition of LAC as to its number of members is no less than two (2) and a
maximum fifteen (15).
3.3 School Heads shall take part in the LDM2 by overseeing its full implementation at the school level, review
and check outputs of LAC Leaders, provide technical assistance and coaching to LAC leaders and teachers.
