Recognizing the importance of sustainable population, ConfeRence Of SuStainablE PopulaTion CoordinaTIon
(ROSSETTI) allows communication, coordination and exchange of innovations in dealing with such sustainability
problems. In collaboration with International Organization of Migration (IOM), Food and Agriculture Organization
(FAO) and United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). Tasked with analyses of how nations could accommodate
each other in problems involving sustainable population. Further intensifying global cooperation regarding sustainable
population. To address the needed capacity for international cooperation and coordination to sustain a short term and
long term sustainable population. Would include practises such as but not limited to:

1) Annual conference with signatories of the SDGs to discuss statistics regarding the predicted trajectory of
demography and ways of dealing with all types of demography changes. Encouraging exchange of ideas and
innovations to help in various sectors.
2) Recognizing the national plans and goals of nations. Improvement of national action plans or implementing a
new action plan towards stability.
3) Facilitate exchanges of technology in further improving efficiency of declining population related needs to meet
the demands : (Agriculture)
- Reducing/Subsidising taxes on technology shipment towards other countries
- Education toward using those specific types of technology
- Regular assessment and evaluation on the impacts of those technology
1) Implementing gender equality as a solution to provide work for women while putting the fertility rate to a
stagnant stage.
HELP
Honing Education Life Program
Domestic Talent Development and Preservation
Framework
Domestic Talent Development and Preservation Framework falls under “HELP” Initiatives
that specifically address issues regarding underskilled labour works and limited
employment opportunities that hinders less developed countries to gain domestic growth
and economic stability.
This framework consists of different phases of building human capital that would eventually
lead to independent economic growth.

This framework suggests improving skills and quality of human capital development
through VOCATIONAL AND TRAINING education. In order to support these educations,
we advocate other nations to implement FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT to
developing countries. Investments would also be allocated to education, technologies, etc,
prioritizing sectors for improving human capital.
Domestic Talent Development and Preservation
Framework
The second phase of this framework includes improving domestic employment rate and
prevent brain drain phenomenon.

After increasing the amount of skilled workers, we encourage entrepreneurship and

innovative skills to improve and generate domestic economic growth. Achieving sustainable
population for both developing and developed countries
Training for Skill Based Capabilities for the
Older Population
Older-population who are willing to work are often deskilled on the required technological skills
needed in the workplace. This emphasises on the necessity of training and lifelong learning initiatives,
especially ones that are catered towards the ageing labour force. This involves offering them
specialised training and assistance. For businesses who are willing to spend in retraining and reskilling
their workers to stay up with technological changes, governments should think about providing tax
breaks or subsidies.

Speaking of craters, many of them were named after artists or authors who made significant
contributions to their respective fields. Mercury takes a little more than 58 days to complete
its rotation, so try to imagine how long days must be there! Since the temperatures are so
extreme and the solar radiation is so high, Mercury has sadly been considered to be non-
habitable for humans
Promising Working Environment

Builds a positive cycle by addressing not only the demographic challenge of decreasing
birth rates, but also enhancing the overall prosperity and well-being of the state’s
population.

We urge government agencies to monitor compliance in labor disputes with social safety
nets, such as healthcare, unemployment insurance, pensions; as well as investments in
education.

Declining Population Measures
Encourages nations to address declining population status. To stagnate the declining
population in most developed countries. Serving to protect the stability of the population
and the economy. Transitioning into a country’s ideal demography in the most effective
way. Practises of this solution would include governing these key areas :

1. Requests the country to enact policies that would incentivize young adults starting a family.
Reduce the burden, facilitate and assist families in childcare and any child related issues.
● Affordable childcare
● Parental leave
1. Educate social norms to be in support of having a family, eradication of traditional family beliefs,
easing the work-life balance hardships and tackling traditional social norms that are insufficient
for today’s reality. Encouraging parents for equal and cooperation in taking care of infants.
2. Provide training to new parents on taking care of a child.
Provide Financial management education to lower income people
Ensuring Job safety and availability. Protection towards women workers in labor, compensation towards
paternity leaves. Ensure career not being halted due to pregnancy.
Psychoeducation is an psychology approach type of an education that provides knowledge and
awareness regarding the mental health situation that is currently happening in the area. Due to the
unhealthy set of mind where people aim for this typical approach to help individuals to face
challenging mental health situations, stigmas within the area, and becoming a better well-being. The
implementation can be done within schools, companies, and many other places where the materials
can be provided by an international psychology organization, mainly the IAAP (International
Association of Applied Psychology) since the IAAP has been collaborating with the UN to report a
certain mental health issue that mostly happens in the world as well as its expertise in the
psychology field.
PIPI
Proactive Parenthood Initiative
Proactive Parenthood Initiative

Designed to regulate family planning and control birth rate between countries with proper measures and protocols.
A country can utilize this framework under the following pretenses:
1) Conducting research of demographic growth in the country
2) Adjusting the framework according to the country’s status quo

The objectives for this framework are:

3) Managing birth rate
4) Preventing children from being born into an unprepared situation
Proactive Parenthood Initiative

Generally, the mechanism of the framework will be as follow:

1) Upon registering the marriage, the couples are required to consult with designated
family planning consultant;
2) During this consultation, the consultant assesses the couple’s economic condition,
physical health, and mental preparedness
3) Based on the assessment, the consultant provides personalized advice to the couple,
taking into consideration their economic, health, and psychological status
4) The advice may include recommendations for necessary preparation before having
children, such as financial planning, healthcare, and psychological readiness.
Family Planning

● For population growth: DIANE

● For population control: Providing financial aid to those who succeed in family
planning as well as include a conditional cash transfer scheme to distribute monetary
benefits to families who enroll their children in formal education as well as allocate
a portion of monthly household budget to nutrition, health care, and sanitation.

In collaboration with the UN Population Division, the UNDP can monitor the population
and receive their information regarding fertility rates and levels through family planning,
while also keeps track of how well the SDGs’ objective for securing universal access to
sexual and reproductive health care services.
Immigration

Implementation of the Immigration Bartering Development Program, IBDP

Immigrants entering and leaving the country disrupts the economic balance of economies as
there is much investment in order to protect innocent lives, however it has taken a toll on
financial aspects of the country, requiring more capital as time progresses. Understanding
that immigrants are limited with their resources, the government would partner up with
private entities and create environmental welfare projects in order to trade in contribution
towards a developed country’s success in exchange for products, or security for at least 5
years after 3 years of residency.

Capital Investments
Investment in Infrastructure

Select foreign businesses to establish operations (under strict regulations), which in turn
create new job opportunities. With readily available job prospects, people will be financially
secure and stable, thus people will find it less burdening to marry and start families, thus
increasing birth rates.
