• High blood pressure is also called hypertension
• High blood pressure is blood pressure that is higher than normal

happen because of unhealthy lifestyle choices, such as

blood pressure can also happen during pregnancy.

have for other health problems, such as heart disease,
heart attack, and stroke.

important - separate your food into 3 main meals
and 1-2 smaller snacks. Breakfast should be eaten
a maximum of 1.5 hour after waking up, and dinner
2-3 hours before going to bed. Meals should be
eaten at regular intervals - every 3-4 hours.
