COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Greenox Gases is a privately owned business, established in 2019 as a small trading company in Malaysia to
provide the supply of packaged gases to our customers. Today we have our branches in India (Chennai and
Bangalore), Saudi Arabia, Dubai and a representative office in Canada along with our Malaysia operations (HQ).
Our portfolio covers Helium (Gas & Liquid), Speciality Gases(Calibration Gases, Ammonia, N2O, SF6, Rare
Gases, and HCL), Refrigerants, Bulk Gases (LIN, LAR, LOX and LCO2) and Equipment (Cylinders etc). We are
one of the few companies that are operating with the Petronas License in the Industrial Gases industry. Not only as a
vendor of Petronas but we are a buyer as well.
Operating directly in four countries and indirectly in one country, we are serving many industries including Oil &
Gas, Electronics, Pharma, Food, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Construction, Shipping, Health, Diving etc.
As we continue to focus on the present and future development, we are implementing the modernization of

OUR PRESENCE AND LOCATIONS
We are in four countries, Malaysia (HQ), India (Bangalore and Chennai), UAE (Dubai) and Saudi Arabia
(Riyadh) respectively. The locations of our presence are strategically selected in line with our products
portfolio, especially Helium and the Bulk Gases.
As a start-up company still, we are exploring the new regions, product lines, sources, horizons and
opportunities to strengthen our business development activities while providing value propositions to our
partners and customers. Nevertheless, our focus would be on ASEAN, the Indian Sub-continent and the
Middle East.
TIMELINE & RECOGNISIONS
20/01/2020: Our company Greenox Gases and Chemicals has been
registered in Malaysia, the company's Head Quarters. And on the same day,
the board has decided to start its branch in India.
18/07/2020: Our company has been successfully incorporated in India. Today

onwards we are fully operational.
18/09/2020: After a tedious process, we have obtained our License from

Petronas. This will enable our company to supply products to any oil and gas
companies in Malaysia.
30/12/2020: We started sourcing Liquid Gases from Petronas

after numerous application processes. We are procuring Liquid Gases from
Petronas.
01/01/2021: We have started our Representative office in Canada.
01/02/2021: Despite the pandemic, we have successfully signed a contract

with a leading company to supply LCO2 for 3 years through our Singapore
Partner.
12/09/2021: Our Saudi Arabia representative office has been opened.

Started our business with Helium Gas, Liquid Helium, Spec. Gases and other
Special Gases.
20/12/2021: We have started another operation in India from Bangalore for

Helium Trans-Filling with our local partner.
01/07/2022: Our UAE branch inaugurated in Dubai.
