B. Possessive Pronoun
• Possessive pronouns are pronouns that indicate a person's
ownership of something. (mine, yours, their, ours, his, hers).
• Example : - The book is mine.
• - Those black jackets are theirs.
C. Reflexive Pronoun
• Reflexive pronouns are used to refer to something to oneself.
• Consider the form of this type of pronoun:
• I = Myself
• You = Yourself
Example :
• You = Yourselves
• I cut myself with a knife.
• They = themselves • Mom helf herself this
• He = Himself morning.
• She = Herself • She comfort herself by
• It =Itself listening music.
D. Indefinite Pronouns
• Words that are often used are: another, anybody , something,
everyone, much, neither, one, none,etc.
• Example : - All work is not dull, some is pleasant.
• - Most of the cars are new.
• - Nobody is at home.
E. Relative Pronoun
• Relative pronouns are pronouns to form relative clauses
(adjective clauses).
• a. Replacing the subject
• Who (person)
• Which, that ( object, animal)
b.Replace Object
• Whom ( Person)
• Which, that ( object, animal)
c. Replace Possession
• Whose ( person)
• of which ( object, animal)
Example :
• The man who carried me to school was my
dad.
• I am waithing for the man whom you are
talking about.
• She borrows the novel ov which cover is
purple.
• The one that just left is her boyfriend.
F. Interrogative Pronoun
• A question word used to start a question. The words used are who,
what, whom, and which.
• Example :
• Who are you?
• What is the color of your house ? ( what=pronouns)
• What colos is your house? ( What= adjective)
• Which is your pen? ( Which = pronouns)
• Which pen is yours? ( Which = adjective)
G. Demonstrative Pronoun
• Demonstrative pronouns are pronouns, the function of which is to
designate an object. (This, that, those, these)
• Example:
• This is your pen.
• Those are my book.
