month. Windows, the world’s most popular and most
widely used desktop operating system.

In October 2022, Microsoft announced that all
instances of the Office name would be replaced with
Microsoft 365, starting with Office Online in
November that year, and the individual desktop and

effectively retiring the Office brand after 32 years.

stores a data in its own format based on the Jet database engine.

2.Microsoft Excel-: Microsoft Excel is a spread sheet developed by the


software company Microsoft. Various Features of Microsoft Excel is
graphics tools, pivot tables and a macro programming language called visual
basic for the application.

3.Microsoft Outlook-: Microsoft Outlook can be used as a stand-alone


application and it can work with Microsoft exchange server and Microsoft
share point server for multiple users like shared mailboxes, calendar,
exchange public folders, share point lists and meeting schedule.

4.Microsoft One Note-: Microsoft One note is a part of Microsoft Office and
Windows 10, it is also available as a free standalone application for Windows,
Windows phone, Mac operating system. One note is a provided as part of one
drive or office online. Microsoft One Note is a web-based version of Microsoft

5.Microsoft Word-: Microsoft Word is a graphical word processing program. it


is to manage and share the document, edit and create a variety of documents
such as email, books, report, and letters, including resumes and it is to create a
business document such as pictures, charts, diagram including graphic design.

6.Microsoft PowerPoint-: PowerPoint became a component Microsoft office


suite, it was originally designed to provide visuals for group presentation with
a business organization.
