Introduction about Industry :
S.S. Industries was started in the year 2004, By Mr. P. Shivashankar along with
Mr. Srikanth and Mr. Satyanarayana.
S.S. INDUSTRIES is engaged in the fields of Cold Forging of Steel, Aluminium
and Copper Components mainly used in Aerospace, Automotive, Tractors,
Electrical, and other Industrial Applications.
S.S. Industries is an ISO 9001: 2015 certified company and gives the topmost
priority to delivering high quality components on schedule.
S.S. Industries has an experienced team in place to manage the Production,
Quality sourcing and the over all Administration.
S.S. Industries has state-of-art Infrastructure with regards to Machinery and
Measuring Instruments that helps to deliver products that exactly match our
customer’s Requirements.
From a small company with only a few customers, Industry has grown into
an organisation with over 100 Employees. Clients list has grown phenomenally
and it’s now manufacturing components for various reputed companies across
industries.

Product Profile :
S.S. Industries mainly consume the Raw Material like Steel and Aluminium.
The Industry is based on engineering sector with the Medium Scale Industry.
S.S. Industry have over 10 crore Per Annum of Turnover and 2 ½ crore of
product of capacity is produced from the raw material of Aluminium.
They produce - Plug Bodies.
- Tube connectors.
From Steel they produce - collars.
- Power bolts.
Toot gars - Balanced weight, Value spool.
 
Plug bodies has the variety of 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 20 types of varieties.
Tube connectors part numbers are 5040, 5370, 4530, 0130, 4240, 4320, are the
part number. 4530 part number has the more production in the tube connectors.
Round Rod as a die of , Ø36, Ø40 in Steel.
In Aluminium - Ø10, Ø15.7, Ø37.

It is defined as the link between current assets and current liabilities. It is also called as working capital ratio, generally it helps to
measure liquidity and it is widely used to make the analysis of a short-term financial position or liquidity of a firm.

 In industry I have studied about manufacturing process of Industry and how it runs.
 They using Aluminium, steel and copper mainly used in Aerospace, Automotive, Tractors,
Electrical, and other Industrial Applications.
 In aluminium they produce Plug bodies, Tube connectors.
 In steel collars, Power bolts.
 In copper Toot gars, Values pool.
 After this process before supplying it to customers Final Inspection is done and Dispatch to
it customers.
 S.S. Industries has an experienced team in place to manage the Production, Quality sourcing and the
over all Administration.
 Here customers do reject the product then it sell them to its existing customers like
Rexroth. A bosch company. Bone expanding Horizons, Global Auto tech.
