    SYNOPSIS
    Twin spindle drill heads are designed for use with most driling machinery.
    Can, almost immediatly, double the drilling operation by simultaneously drilling
    Operation. it has proved to be the most versetile method to drill close space holes.

    This machine includes a first functional portion known as the bar support
    Which assure the feeding.holding and driving of the bars.this part is provided with
    a set of spindles in which are respectively introduce the bars of material in question
    Which bars project form said spindles towards the cutting tool mounted on a supporting
    structure.
    WORKING PRINCIPLE
    The drilling tools aregenerally fixed to the holder which drivesthe drill bit. The
    feeding operation is done by mannulay by the provision in the drilling machine .The
    adjustable vise is provided for the purpose of adjusting the hight of the work piece.
    There are two spindle provided in the model. There are connected by means of gears.

    There are Three spur gears engaged in the model. The sun gear which is located
    at the centre is mounted on the drive shaft and the other two gears are mounted on the
    Other shaft on either side of the sun gears. The rotry motion of the spindle given by the
    Motor. The power is transmitted from the motor to the spindle with the help of belt and
    pulley.
