    1. An issue was found with a car NG peel off tape where some tapes were peeling off. 2. Testing found the adhesion was okay but the tip of the tape was being pulled too much when attached, weakening the adhesion. 3. The improvement plan is to change the adhesive specification to increase minimum adhesion, increase aging time during testing to improve adhesion strength, and provide training to attach the tape more consistently. Testing of the improved tape will occur by the end of October.
