• Auditorium Seating Capacity: 823
patrons ,664 in the lower house and
159 in the balcony
• Total number of Entry/Exit are 4
and 2 for balcony

• Height of the ceiling is around 8m
to 9m
• Minimum ceiling height is 2m (at
the backside)
• Aisle width: 1.4mm
• Aisle is after 9 seats from the door
• Forestage area is 1.2m wide
• Chair dimensions 450mm x

• Seats are cover with leather and
wooden handrail
ENTRANCE FOYER
• Entrance through corridor via lobby
• Lobby surrounded by glass panes
• Lobby is directly connected with house, stage and green rooms
MAIN STAGE
• Stage Height: 0.86 m • Length of side wings: 1.06 m
• Height of Proscenium: 3.65 m • Staircase provided from stage to the
greenrooms in basement
• Direct entrance for performers provided
from lobby to stage and greenrooms • Flooring: Wooden
• Side wings and wing space provided for on-stage props during the
performance
• Scenery space provided at the middle of the stage
• Stairs provided at both the sides to approach the stage
• No extra treatment to walls given for better acoustics

WALLS AND FLOOR
• Walls are made up of brick and concrete
• Exterior walls are of concrete and covered with red sandstone
• Interior walls of the auditorium is acoustically treated with perforated wooden
sheets
• Stage floor is made up of hard wood and house floor is made up of concrete
other areas is finished with granite
ACOUSTICAL MATERIAL
• Wooden wall covering
• Sound absorbing celling shape
• Back wall treated with sound absorbing white printable panels
• Pyramidal sound diffusers hanging from the ceiling
LIGHTING
• Simple hanging bulb lamps were used in
stage lighting
• Sport lights facing stage were provided on the
ceiling of house
• LED ceiling lights were hanging from the
ceiling of house
• No lights on steps
• Led ceiling lights were provided in balcony
SOUND
• Only 3 speakers in total were hanging in front of stage facing audience
FIRE SAFETY
• There was only one fire exits in the house
• No smoke detectors were placed in the auditorium
• No Fire alarm was placed inside and outside the auditorium
• Fire extinguishers in insufficient amount were placed only inside the auditorium
