    1.FINANCE LAB
    • Area: 15*16.5sqm

     The students are provided with 24hr access finance lab where the stock
     Exchange informations are displayed on the walls .
     Computers are provided in addition to their laptops inside the lab.
     The entrance door side have glazed long vertical windows which light up
    the room during the day hours.
    2.CLASSROOM
    Area: 16*13.5
    • The tables placed in the classroom are fixed and the chairs can rotate.
    • The class rooms are fully air conditioned using chilled water plant.
    • Terrace type classrooms.
    • synthetic vinyl flooring.
    • projectors and glass board are provided.
    • The classroom is fully air-conditioned using chilled water plant.
    •Breakout classes are provided for group discussion their are 2 types open breakout rooms and closed
    breakout rooms.
    Reverbration board

    consideration in the design of class room .

    background noise and reverberation , little
    noticed by adults , adversely affect
    learning environments for young
    children,who require optimal conditions
    for hearing comprehension.

    makes the class a dust free classroom.

    • Tensile roof is provided in the canteen exit .

    • The entry of the library is through a bell which is provided on the entrance .and the exit from the library is
    through RFID card

    9.PLAY AREA

    food ball ,tennis court, swimming pool, are the outdoor spaces frsports.
    Amphitheatre
    terrace type seating is provided. no shading device is used so it
    can only be used for the night programmes.
    The building is made up of Red laterite walls. All
    the laterite extracted from the locality
    was neatly stracked and used in construction, thus
    entrapping the embedded energy of the
    construction process.

    During construction nylon fibre is mixed


    with the mortar for more durability.

    6.SWIMMING POOL.
    •Separate filtration plant is
    provided.
    •every month the water is taken to
    check the ph and the other
    impurities.
    •depth of the pool is 4ft
    •An open shower is given in 2m
    height and separate closed
    washroom is also provided
    •natural fencing is provided
    •Non slippering tile is used in
    swimming pool.
    The central academic cluster is
    organised around a large Plaza.
    This is a paved area designed , to
    contain large gatherings of
    people and defines the formal
    access to the campus.

    Tensile roofing

    •Near the canteen a tensile roofing is provided for shading .


    •Their main characteristics are the way in which they work under stress
    tensile, their ease of pre- fabrication , their ability to cover large spans,
    and their malleability.
    Faculty lounge

    A faculty lounge is provided for their leisure time. wooden chairs seatings are
    provided. Room recieves abundent natural lighting through vertical windows.
