One of the things I am considering in preparing my
lesson is the individual differences of my students.
That is why I am providing different assessments
and instructions for them. The most important
thing I always bear in mind in preparing is the
alignment of my lesson and MELC.

I created a YouTube account for my video lessons
that I developed for my student’s additional
material aside from the modules that we are
giving. Another thing every time we meet online I
am always prepared with a presentation for my
visual aid for my students to better understand the
topics in the modules.:

ANNOTATION I participated in different trainings and webinars to
hone my skills especially in the new normal. We will
also become better workers through professional
development. By learning the right skills for our
career, we will be more productive and efficient, thus
helping the students and colleagues for which our
work succeed. Finally, professional development can
open the doors to new opportunities for us educators.

NAME OF ARTIFACT REFLECTIVE SUMMARY
Teachers are proving that they are more than just content
deliverers’ and that distance learning has not meant relational distance.
Teachers are amazing because they have patience. They define multi-
tasking. They are smart. They always make it work especially in this
Pandemic times.
In this course I learned a lot. I learned to extend my patience,
understanding and extended my help to my colleagues. For me this is
not just a course it is a life learned lessons that can teacher use to
achieve his or her goals as a teacher this new normal.
In this course we build friendship, we build a team and most of all
we build mission and vision to our country as well as to our learners. I
have to admit that completing this portfolio has been quite challenge
and I have taken a lot of time & effort to hopefully make it the best it
could be!
At the end of this course I can only say that this is one of my
“Happy Pagod” Journey.
