RATIONALE
 Under item 6, Section 3 of Executive Order No. 366 s. 1996, the Barangay
Peace and Order Committee (BPOC) shall formulate plans and
recommend such measures which will improve or enhance peace and
order and public safety in their area of responsibility.
 Section 3 (a) of DILG MC No. 2015-130 dated November 3, 2015 provides
that the BPOC shall formulate a Barangay POPS Plan.
RATIONALE
 As per latest BPOC and BADAC Audit Result, it has been noted that the 28
barangays of LGU San Pablo failed to present their BPOPS Plan which
affected their performance score on the audit. So to prepare for the next
coming audit, the 18 barangays have to be provided with technical
assistance on the preparation of their respective BPOPS Plan, hence this
design.
OBJECTIVES
 to be able to provide technical assistance and for the barangay participants to
formulate a three (3) year Barangay Peace and Order and Public Safety
(BPOPS) Plan and BADAC Plan of Action as its component.
 Specifically, it aims to:
 Improve life in the community in ensuring peace and order, social protection
and safety
 Enhance the level of service of the BPOCs and BADACs and achieve on-time
submission of required plans.
