    BARANGAY EXECUTIVE ORDER


    No. 03 Series of 2022

    AN EXECUTIVE ORDER ORGANIZING AND OPERATIONALIZING THE


    BARANGAY PEACEKEEPING ACTION TEAM (BPAT) OF BARANGAY VILLASIS,
    SANTIAGO CITY

    WHEREAS, Pursuant to the authority of the National Peace and Order Council and the
    Philippine National Police, the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) is hereby created
    as the primary operators to conduct community Oriented Policing and Public Safety System;

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team will conduct peacekeeping activities in
    association with the various section of the Community and ensure their continuous support
    towards the maintenance of Peace and Order and Safety in the Community;

    NOW THEREFORE, I, NORWEL C. BASCOS., Punong Barangay of Villasis, Santiago City


    by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order.

    Section 1. The Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team is hereby organize and compose as follows:

    Chairman PB NORWEL C. BASCOS Punong Barangay


    Member: KAG. JOMAR T. TALLEDO Chair of the SB Committee on
    Peace and Order
    PCPT ROMEL P. CONCEJO SCPO Station 1
    Police Commander
    MANUEL A. QUINTOS Barangay Police Representative

    Section 2. The Committee shall have the following functions and responsibilities:
     Organize and mobilize various sectors of the community is support of the
    maintenance of peace and order and safety;
     Conduct crisis management, disaster mitigation, search, rescue and relief
    operations within the community and
     Conduct crime prevention and difference measures to protect the vulnerable
    sectors of the community.

    Section 3. Effectivity – This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.

    Done this 4th day of January 2022 at Barangay Villasis, Santiago City.
