    Function :provide the means of mounting and driving auxiliary components.
    The major components : shaft coupling, transitional disc, PTO assembly and yoke.

    Part2 Installation
    1. Install the aluminum outer ring of shaft coupling onto the flywheel disc and use
    the screw and washer to fix it. The thread anti-loosing paste should be applied for
    tightening.

    2. Install the transitional disc onto the flywheel housing and use the bolt and
    washer to fix it. The thread anti-loosing paste should be applied for tightening.

    3. Install yoke on drive shaft end and secure with hardened washer and locknut.
    Tighten locknut to fasten it after the paste is applied to it.

    4. Install the pressure cover (1) of shaft coupling onto the shaft sleeve. Use the bolt to
    fasten it after the paste is applied to it. Install the shaft sleeve of shaft coupling onto
    the input end of drive shaft. Then install the pressure cover (2) onto the drive shaft.
    Use the set screw to fasten it after the paste is applied to it.

    5. Install the aluminum inner ring of shaft coupling onto the shaft sleeve. Use the
    bolt and washer to fasten it after the paste is applied to it.

    6. Install the elastic body in aluminum inner ring. Attach a suitable rope to fix the
    elastic body.

    7. Use suitable lifting equipment, position Power take-off assembly into the
    aluminum outer ring of shaft coupling. Remove the rope of elastic body. Secure
    PTO assembly to the transitional disc with bolts and washers.

    8. Install rubber adaptor into shell seat. Install pipe connector (1) into breathing
    tube and use the throat collar to fix it. Then install pipe connector (1) onto rubber
    adaptor. Then install in turn pipe connector (2), pipe connector (3) and breather.

    Oil level check
    Remove oil level plug and oil feeding screw Oil feeding screw plug
    plug from PTO assembly, if oil is not showing
    in oil level plug, add lubricant until oil is to oil
    level plug. Reinstall oil level plug and tighten
    securely. Then reinstall oil feed screw plug
    and tighten securely.

    Drain and refill


    To drain: Remove drain plug from PTO
    assembly and drain oil into a suitable
    container. Reinstall drain plug securely when
    draining is complete.
    To refill: Remove oil level plug and oil feeding
    screw plug from PTO assembly. Add
    lubricant until oil flows from the oil level port. Oil level plug
    Reinstall oil level plug and tighten securely.
    Then reinstall oil feeding screw plug and
