Participatory Barangay Development Planning
- At least Two-day workshop
- Participants:
a) Barangay Development Council (BDC)
b) Purok Leaders
c) Basic sector/ PO/CSO/ cooperatives representatives
d) Other key informants like doctors, teachers, retired
professionals residing in the barangay.
Membership in the BDC is expanded to
get a broad consensus in the decisions to
be integrated in the Plan. This is the spirit
of participatory governance. (Ownership,
Empowerment, Expansion of resources)
