1. Generating new market & better penetration of existing one-


Delhi / Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra have been major contributor to the application count with a application share of 82.32% we can explore this market
better & expand the outreach to states like Tamil Nadu and Gujrat.

2. Top lead generating states-


Maximum number of leads were generated from states of Delhi / Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra.

3. Social Media promotion & Content Promotion-


Social Media as a tool can be used for supporting the brand for The Design Village

4. Buying face time-


Personal connect plays pivotal role in converting a lead in application/admission, even in online format. We can prepare a series of webinars with TDV faculty
members.

5. Introduction of emailer campaign


E-mails can be sent to the students across PAN India who are interested in design courses.

6. Introduction of Live forms and native links


Live forms are display ads which are shown in course and streampecific pages. Also, native links appear only on the non-partner competitors' microsite. This will
help the the college to increase the visibility towards the students who are searching colleges or courses related to design.

7. SMS campaign:
SMS campaigns can be used to inform students about application deadlines or various information related to the college. This also helps them to become more
interested and engaging towards the porcesses about the college.
