SERVANT LEADERSHIP

Taking the time to hear them out and being generally interested

*Committed to the growth of people-

Helping them develop and become as independent as possible

Not making decisions for them.

SERVANT LEADERSHIP
OBSERVED
*Awareness-

Going further to help make families aware of best practices

Huge focus on educating the community.

*Foresight-

Looking ahead and thinking about the challenges their clients

will face.
OUR TAKE AWAY
I was reminded that communication and intelligence comes in
many forms.

Watching how differently all of the client's behaved

How they have a positive view of themselves, and how important it

is to empower them

I learned that intellectually disabled individuals all have their own
