Manufacturing Facilities
•The manufacturing facility is located in Gaziabad,UP.
•Units and assembly lines designed as per specific customer
requirements
•Highly skilled manpower
•Most of the machines fro specialized processes are imported from
Japan like CNC machine, SPM machine, VMC machine, ultrasonic
cleaning machine, etc.
Logistics Support
• Strategically located manufacturing facility of AIP provide an
effective logistics network.
• The company has units located near major customer locations, and
well connected to its customers by road.
• Only 3 km from dry port.
• For Overseas supplies, AIP has locations near major ports in India
supported by a network of overseas logistics centers and
representative offices.
• AIP is supplying to locations in Asia, Middle east, Europe and USA.
China being the major market.
LOCATION DECISIONS
•The point that have helped them in gaining good business is their proximity to
the client’s location.
•The company is well connected to the manufacturing facilities of its customers
which includes, Hero Honda, Yahama, Bajaj, TVS and other two-wheeler
companies.
•All location decisions are in compliance with all applicable environmental laws
and regulations in a manner that has the highest regard for the environment and
the safety and well being of employees and the general public.
Layout Decisions
•The layout is designed in such a manner which reduces the ever increasing
production costs.
•Machines are placed in a sequential manner.
•The pressure die casting machine is provided separate space because of its huge
size and easy storage of finished cast to be used for further processing.
•Line process is used for facilitating swift and uninterrupted production.
•The warehouse is situated just next to the the production lines, allowing the easy
flow of material from machine to the store room and vice versa.
• the facility is well ventilated and proper care has been takes to optimally utilize the
available space.
PURCHASE DECISIONS
•The raw material are procured from reputed Indian suppliers like Tata
steel, JSW, etc
•The raw material need to be of high quality because even a small flaw in
the raw material can hamper the production rate and can even damage the
machine.
•In case of any complaints, the company posses a well defined system
which enables it to trace back the pistons to the raw materials stage and
supplier of raw material as well.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
•The company tries to identify and reduce the waste by using
