    Water is the basic necessity and an important reason for survival.

    Decline in water quality endangers the health of humans as well as the ecosystem.

    Clean drinking water is compulsory for good health.

    Contaminated water cause many water borne disease like diarrehea and also serves as carrier for vectors such as mosquitoes spreading
    epidemics.

    Open dafaecation means no sanitation. It fouls the environment and spread desease.

    According to WHO ,UNICEF report 2010, India has the highest rate of open defaecation .
    Access to safe drinking waterv and good sanitation are vital for family as well being .
