    IN TLE 10
     GOAL - Your task is to prepare,
    cook and plate a breakfast meal.


    ROLE - You are a chef applying
    for a job in a bed and breakfast
    establishment.
     AUDIENCE - You need to
    convince the owner/manager of
    a bed and breakfast
    establishment that you are
    capable and perfect for the job.
     SITUATION- A new bed and breakfast
    business in Argao is in need of a resident
    chef/cook. As part of the selection
    procedure, you are required to perform a
    demonstration of your knowledge and
    skills in cookery, specifically egg dishes
    and cereal/starch dishes

    PRODUCT/PERFORMANCE
    - You will prepare, cook, and
    plate a breakfast meal or menu in
    order to convince the
    owner/manager of the
    establishment.
     STANDARD – Rubric Your
    performance will be judged by the
    standard rubric. Your product must
    meet the following standard:
     Mastery and Competency - 30%
     Palatability - 20%
     Creative and Visually Appealing
    (Plating/Presentation) - 15%
     Cleanliness and Orderliness - 15%
     Nutritional Content - 10%
     Timeliness - 10%

     Each section is divided into 3
    groups. Each group will have 2
    leaders.
     You are to create your own music
    either it's a chance music, electronic
    music or combination of the two
    with a minimum of 2 minutes.
     You can choose to video yourselves
    via zoom recordings or do the live
    performance.
     Please inform me ahead of time, if
    you'll do live performance for me to
    schedule it.
     You are graded using this criteria:
    Entertainment Value - 25%
    Tempo & Dynamics - 20%
    Rhythm and Organization of Piece -
