Dr. Carmelita A. Divinagracia is a
Master of Nursing in 1975
Graduated Bachelor of Science in Nursing at
University of the East Ramon Magsaysay
Memorial Medical Center in 1962
Ph. D in Nursing at University of the
Philippines in 2001
Was the former president of the Association
of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing.
She is also a member of CHED’s Technical
Committee on Nursing Education
