is a broad term for speech or writing marked
by an impersonal, objective, and precise use of
language.
This style is used in formal setting this is one
way.
 The standard of correctness is so high.
Formal type is a speech style wherein it
is expected to be presented in complete
sentences with specific word usage.
Used in speaking to medium to large
groups.
May also be used in single hearers-
strangers, older persons, professional.
Speaker must frame whole sentences
ahead before they are delivered.
Avoids using slang terminologies
language is comparatively rigid and has a
set, agreed upon vocabulary that is well
documented; is often of a standard
variety.
This speech style is expected to be presented in
complete sentences with specific word usage.
It usually elaborates complex sentences and noun

consistently serious tone. Grammatical rules are
scrupulously observed, and the subject matter is
substantial. The selection may include references to
literary works or allusions to historical and classical
figures.
