Objective’s of the Project:

• Enabled Smart Autonomous Hospital Management System .

• To develop health monitoring system i.e. it measures body

temperature and heart rate.

• To design a system to store the patient data over a period of

time using database management.

• To do analysis of collected data of sensors.

Introduction:

• The Health Monitoring System (HMS) is a very critical

monitoring systems, it is used for monitoring physiological
signals including Electrocardiograph (ECG), Respiration,
Invasive and Non-Invasive Blood Pressure, Oxygen Saturation
in Human Blood (SpO2), Body Temperature and other Gases
etc.

• In HMS, the multiple sensor and electrodes is used for

receiving physiological signals like as ECG Electrodes, SpO2
Finger Sensor, Blood Pressure Cuff and Temperature Probe to
measure the physiological
INTRODUCTION OF HEALTH
MONITORING SYSTEMS….

• During treatment, it is highly important to continuously

monitor the vital physiological signs of the patient. Therefore,
patient monitoring systems has always been occupying a very
important position in the field of medical devices.

• The continuous improvement of technologies not only helps

us transmit the vital physiological signs to the medical
personnel but also simplifies the measurement and as a result
raises the monitoring efficiency of patients
Block Diagram :
Advantages :
• Bridging the gap between the doctor and the patients.

• Best to be used on rural areas.

• It is a multipurpose so that overall conditions are easily measured.

• Easy to operate.

• Compare with compact sensor it gives better performance Automatic

Wireless Health Monitoring System in Hospitals for Patients
Limitations of the Project:

• The sensors are costly.

• If power supply fails circuit won’t work.

Applications of the Project:

• Hospitals it monitoring the Heart Beat and Temperature

continually .

• By using this system the patient can be analysed by

doctors in any part of the hospital .

• Used to transfer the information from the transmitter

side to the receiver side wirelessly.
Requirements for the Project:
Hardware Requirement:
• Arduino Uno
• Temperature Sensor
• Pulse Sensor
• Wi-Fi Module

Software Tool:
• Arduino IDE

Programming Language:
• Arduino Uno
