Kinesiological Analysis
 Purpose: To describe, evaluate
(anatomical and mechanical) and
prescribe corrections
Step 1: Describe
 Identify the purpose of the movement
 Identify the phases of the movement
 Identify the simultaneous-sequential
nature of the movement
