    Ease of Doing Business: A brief


    The Doing Business Ranking is an annual assessment conducted by the
    World Bank which measures aspects of regulation affecting 11 areas of the
    life of a business, evaluating 190 countries against each other on 11
    specific indicators.

    The scores are based on the measures implemented by the Government


    departments however, it also reflects the experience of industry users
    which is counted in the rankings.
