    1. A child was admitted to the PICU with weak pulse, falling oxygen saturation, and cold extremities. 2. On examination, the child was lethargic with a heart rate of 190 and blood pressure of 93/77 while intubated and on a ventilator with low oxygen saturation. 3. The child was assessed with edema, sepsis, kidney injury, malnutrition, hypokalemia, hyponatremia, hypoalbuminemia, hypocalcemia, left lung atelectasis, and community acquired pneumonia. Conservative treatment was planned.
