influenza is an acute infection of the respiratory
tract that can produce respiratory diseases

How to wash your hands?
Apply enough water and soap to cover them, lather your hands well for 20 seconds,
rinse off soap and use a clean towel to dry.
When to wash your hands?
You should wash your hands before eating
After using the bathroom
Upon returning from school, work and others.
Do not share food or utensils Use antibacterial gel
Stay away from people with respiratory infection
Sneeze and cough properly
When you feel a sneeze coming, move away from anyone who is less than 6 feet from the
arm with sleeves to the face (the back of the elbow should point towards you), and
sneeze into it or cover the mouth with tissues of paper, then throw it in the trash.
GET VACCINATED

The influenza is the only respiratory virus that preventable by vaccination

Avoid greeting kiss or hand.
